On-contract budgeting support is provided as a prime contractor to the federal Government. Financial management teams perform day-to-day program budget operations using a suite of financial applications and best practices. We conduct both routine and extraordinary financial assessments, support budget preparation and execution, and prepare for large budgetary reviews and program reorganizations. Results of financial analyses are distributed to agency leadership to empower data-driven programmatic decision making and achieve mission success.
We provide marketing outreach and conference scheduling support to our customers with a dynamic blend of market insight, strategic planning, and effective communication strategies. We craft tailored outreach strategies by leveraging a mix of digital marketing, content creation, and traditional advertising methods to maximize reach and impact.
Management portfolio includes focused program planning and scheduling. Close tracking and regular reviews ensure that budget limits are met, deliverable schedules are being met, issues are identified early and a path for resolution is established, action items from the previous month’s meeting are reviewed and closed, subcontractor status is reviewed, and any personnel topics are discussed. With any issues involving our customers, the PM coordinates directly with the technical managers until it is resolved to the customer’s satisfaction. This proactive and comprehensive approach to issue identification is a key component to how we manage contractual, cost, schedule, and technical risks.
